Green Jay

If you’re looking for this bright bird in the USA, it can only be found in south Texas! Luckily I found it while birding there so I could add it to my life list!!! Very bright and beautiful this jay is considered tropical. Known to be quite tame when they are around people, they’ll come up to picnic tables looking for food. In other areas where they are not around humans as much, you might have trouble actually seeing the elusive bird.
