Northern Cardinal

These songbirds will sing year-round! The male is such a bright red, it’s a beautiful sight to see one against the snow covered pine trees on a crisp winter day. Since they don’t migrate you can have them visiting your feeders all year-round. They can be found in the eastern US as well as from southern Arizona east towards southwest Texas, US.
